INTENDED USE
YG pen is mainly intended for use in immunohistochemical experiments on glass surface. Use the pen to draw a closed hydrophobic circle around slide-mounted tissue or cell that prevents the flow and diffusion of reagent to minimizes the amount of antibody and reagent needed for each section, to maintain a suitable reaction environment.
PROCEDUDRE
YG pen was used after completion of antigen-repairing
1.Clean the slide for 5 seconds by using pure water or a buffer without surfactant and dry up the slide prior to use.
2.Spin out the refill of appropriate length, draw a closed hydrophobic circle around slide-mounted tissue or cell on the slide.
STORAGE and SHELF LIFE
Store at room temperature between 2℃ and 30℃, the product can be transported at room temperature, it is stable for 24 months when stored at the recommended condition. See label for manufacturing date and expiration date.
